Bob Goldberg has over 25 years of broad-based experience in senior management and consulting roles working primarily with early stage to medium size entrepreneurial businesses. During this time he has scaled and managed financial management and accounting operations, created business plans and financial models, and participated in raising over $100M in venture equity and debt financing. As an operational finance executive, Bob has a demonstrated track record of leading companies to achieve financial and strategic objectives. His broad experience includes creation of strategic plans, budgets and forecasts, implementation of effective financial policies and controls, cash flow optimization and management, development of scalable infrastructure, managing day to day finance organization, software revenue recognition, sales order process and administration, audit coordination, treasury function, debt and equity financing, legal and contracts, board and investor relations, international accounting and consolidations, risk management, and facilities management.
