Wan Lung Eng was Chief Financial Officer of Immersive Artistry where he developed and executed capital raise strategy, directed strategic planning and financial analysis, and managed human resources, legal, office operations, and administration functions for the company’s growth and projects.
In 2014, Wan Lung joined RBC Capital Markets’ Media and Entertainment Investment Banking Group. As a senior member of the group, he advised digital media, interactive entertainment, and media production companies on a wide variety of complex M&A and corporate finance transactions.
Between 2008 and 2013, Wan Lung was a Vice President with Macquarie Group where he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and structuring principal investments, M&A, and corporate finance transactions for Macquarie’s media and telecommunication infrastructure funds and portfolio companies. Prior to Macquarie Group, Mr. Eng was a Senior Associate with Deutsche Bank Securities’ Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group and an Associate with Wells Fargo’s Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group. He began his finance career in private equity with the Singapore Government’s Sovereign Wealth Fund, Temasek Holdings Group.
Wan Lung graduated from Duke University’s The Fuqua School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a Bachelor of Accounting.
