Former Trustee and Audit Committee Chair at the Galloway School in Atlanta. As Chair of the Audit Committee, recruited CFO for school, strengthened finance organization and internal controls, hired new Audit and Tax Public Accounting Firm, thus improving governance.
Subhash is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and has an Executive MBA. He has lived and worked in Europe, and conducted business in Asia and Americas.
