Prakash is a senior finance professional with international experience across multiple industries in leadership roles. He is currently one of the Founding Members of Hampshire Stateside, a Private Equity Real Estate Asset Manager that focuses on investing in commercial real estate assets in the US. As Managing Director primarily responsible for acquisition, Prakash manages the sourcing and underwriting of investments for the venture, with a target investment size of over USD 600M.
Prior to starting this venture, Prakash worked in Middle East with some of the industry leaders across Private Equity, Real Estate Development, Family Office Management, K-12 Education, F&B, Entertainment and Professional Service Companies. He also has good understanding of hospitality and retail sectors, having played a leadership role with the Real Estate Developer.
Prakash has well rounded experience across various aspects of finance and business, including due diligence, financial modeling, legal document negotiation, debt raising, Capital Market relationship, Board Meeting presentation, transaction advisory, cashflow management, financial reporting, compliance, and other strategic matters. He is well versed in MS Office tools and has exposure to many ERP platforms.
Prakash is an active entrepreneur himself and has gained valuable insights from some of the best leaders in the industry during his 25+ years of professional career. Most importantly, his personal values and belief systems including collaboration, integrity, problem solving, patience, excellence and team spirit is likely to align with many entrepreneurial organizations.
Prakash is a CPA and holds certifications from ACA India and ACCA UK. Prakash lives in East Cobb, Marietta, GA with his wife, two children and an adorable lab retriever. He loves playing tennis and cricket, trekking and binge watching.
