Mark Dingmann is a dynamic, roll up your sleeves, broad scope, multi-industry, strategic finance and operations leader. His career spans nearly 40 years with concentrations in banking, and media & entertainment. He also has extensive background in public accounting, education, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. Mark’s skill set includes strategy, operations, technology, capital, cash flow management, financial reporting, systems implementations, change management, business start-ups, cost control and growth through mergers and acquisitions.
Mark’s career includes 17 years as an SVP of Finance for a major media and entertainment company (Time Warner/Turner Broadcasting) where he led Corporate Finance, Strategy and Operations. Mark also spent more than 15 years in senior finance roles in a large regional financial institution (Bank One NA) as well as in CFO roles in community banking and credit unions. He recently led a turn-around situation for a local private school, transitioned a medical manufacturing company from pre-revenue to commercialization and supported the launch of a film production company. He is focused on community, having served over 15 years on multiple non-profit boards of directors.
Mark is a collaborator who effectively and efficiently grows small, medium and large businesses. He is a business partner and problem solver, able to eliminate or minimize real and perceived barriers to engage leadership in the pursuit of shared strategic and financial goals.
Mark is a CPA and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is a graduate of The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul Minnesota with a BA in Accounting and he attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
Mark and his family reside in Gainesville Georgia where they enjoy the outdoors, boating, golfing, and hiking in the North Georgia mountains.
